Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes
Set up buffets
Update menu and calculate the cost of dishes
Maintain food and kitchen supplies inventory
Train and supervise other trainee cooks and kitchen helpers
Maintain kitchen operations
Keep the cleanliness of kitchen and the worktable
Skills & Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 1 years of cook experience required
A cook certificate is an asset
