Responsibilities:
1. Showcasing the school division through our vision, mission, and values
2. Liaise with other agencies, divisions, and departments to build and manage relationships with key stakeholder groups
3. Attend and present at job fairs, and host open-house events promoting school division at universities, colleges, etc.
4. In collaboration with HR, utilize various recruitment channels (social media, education Canada, ScoutTalent, etc.) to source potential candidates.
5. Maintain and implement the school division recruitment and retention plan.
6. A commitment to respecting First Nations and Metis territory, history, ways of knowing, culture and language, truth and reconciliation and to understanding the strengths our students bring to the school division.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Education, Commerce, or Business Admin with HR focus or equivalent.
- Demonstrated recruitment experience in education or similar field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the province.
