Description

The RM is currently accepting applications for the position of a Seasonal Mower Operator/Maintenance Person.
This position will start in May and will continue to October, with the possibility of extension dependant on weather.
Individuals with experience in the operation of a tractor and mower will be given preference.
Duties will include but are not limited to maintenance of municipal roads, service & maintenance of equipment, installation of signs, and ability to manage/organize other daily duties throughout the season as requested by the Manager of Public Works.  A Class 5 license and drivers abstract is required, however a Class 1A would be considered an asset.
The R.M. offers a comprehensive benefits package through S.A.R.M. and a matched pension plan.  Wage will be dependent on experience of the successful applicant.
This is a unionized position, reporting directly to the Manager of Public Works.
