S & T Property Maintenance Ltd. is currently looking to add a foreman/woman to our landscape division.  Applicant must be reliable, motivated, and able to productively lead a team.  Applicant should possess first aid/CPR training and have valid driver's license with 3A endorsement, along with all safety certifications.  Must be able to successfully manage a team and all resources, ensuring the are adequate.  Must be able to schedule and monitor attendance of crew and communicate well with the site supervisor.  Previous experience is an asset.
