Description

Chip and Dale Homes is a non-profit Community Based Organization providing residential and Day Program Supports for adults experiencing disabilities. Our services are based on the philosophies of Person-Centered Thinking, Gentle Teaching, quality outcomes, and celebrating the uniqueness of each person.
We are currently inviting applications for the position of Program Coordinator III.

The Program Coordinator III (PC)is responsible for, managing, coordinating, and overseeing planning, implementing, analysis and evaluating all aspects of programs and projects for approximately 20 individuals, including those with complex needs. The Program Coordinator is responsible to the Executive Director.  Duties include, but are not limited to, the following key responsibilities:    

-    Participant program design, implementation, and analysis
-    Participant relations    
-    Human Resources Management for specific homes
-    Administrative duties (including on call responsibilities)    
-    Financial duties     
-    Public relations and communications    
-    Professional development

Requirements:
    Minimum of bachelors degree in Human Services or related post-secondary education and /or equivalent training and experience
    2-5 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
    1-3 years of supervisory experience
    Level 3 CLSD training
    Applied Behavioural Analysis training would be an asset
    Experience in design and implementation of the Person-Centred plans and the Comprehensive Behavior Support Plans
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills and capable of maintaining strong relationships.
    Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Team-management and leadership skills.
    Valid Drivers license
    Vulnerable sector criminal record check.
