Guard will provide bylaw enforcement for an area outside of Prince Albert. Duties include enforcing particular bylaws as per the legislation or community bylaws, providing warnings, writing tickets and attending court when necessary.
Must be physically fit to perform ground patrols. This is a seasonal (June to September) part-time (80 hours a month) position.
ONLY THOSE WHO CURRENTLY POSSESS A VALID SASK. SECURITY GUARD LICENSE OR HAVE PASSED THE 40 HOUR PROVINCIAL SECURITY GUARD COURSE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 license, and clean drivers abstract is required.
Applicants must be fluent in English and may be required to show proficiency through an English language assessment. Computer skills are also an asset.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and in good physical condition, should be able to stand for extended periods of time, and display good decision making, problem solving and communication skills.
All applicants must have a clear criminal records check and be a Permanent Resident of Canada.
