As a front desk agent you will be an integral part of a team that delivers the highest quality of service excellence. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are highly adaptive to the diverse needs of our customers. This position requires you to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. The role is diverse as you will check in/out guests with utmost efficiency, accurate posting of accounts, soliciting guest feedback, reservations, etc.
Responsibilities
Check in/check out guests ensuring standards are maintained throughout arrival and departure process
Receive methods of payments and posting accurately to proper accounts
Ensuring shift check lists are complete
Professional communication with all departments
Answering switchboard and transferring of calls as required
Confident and knowledgeable about the city and events in order to assist guests with inquiries
Handle all guest concerns/opportunities and offer solutions (ensure all being communicated in hotel systems)
Take reservations and modify reservations as needed in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting guests in a personable professional manner
Follow up on all requests to ensure guest satisfaction
