For a busy cardiology clinic.
Seeking FULL TIME 36-40 hrs/wk.

ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS:
- Worked in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Proficient in Accuro Software

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for the position of full time medical receptionist responsible for greeting patients, handling inquiries and a variety of administrative duties, including maintenance of patient database, invoicing, coordinating consultation clinics, and performing ECG/Blood pressure.  You will be joining one other senior receptionist who will help guide your training and ultimately work alongside.

Work will be conducted in the cardiology clinic at the Jack J Sharpe Building near Regina General Hospital.  You will share duties with another medical assistant present.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Essential Skills
-Communication and team work-Problem solving, decision making, critical thinking and troubleshooting-Computer and document use, writing, data entry, maintaining records
Specific Skills
-Record and relay information-Obtain and process information required to provide services-Answer, screen and forward telephone calls-Send invoices, receive and issue payments-Schedule and confirm appointments-Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
Typing (Words Per Minute)-at least 60 wpm
Work Setting-Health servicesWork Conditions-Fast-paced environment
-Work under pressure Business Equipment and Computer Applications-Windows-Word processing software-Electronic mail-Electronic scheduler-ACCURO-General office equipment
