Proudly sharing land located in the homeland of the Metis people and on Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 Territory, we serve more than 26,000 students through campuses located in Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina and Saskatoon. With more than 1,600 full time positions serving our students across the province, the role of human resource client services is to provide exemplary services to internal clients covering a broad range of issues including recruitment, onboarding, labour relations, strategic and operational planning, workforce planning, and projects targeted at the improvement of our services.
The human resource consultant is responsible for supporting clients with workforce strategies, providing coaching and strategic human resource advice based on their assignment, and helping business leaders understand and address the people implications of business decisions. Guided by the employee life cycle model, the consultants work as a team across the province to problem solve matters and ensure consistency in service to their assigned clients. As the institution evolves in our business, services and culture, the human resource consultant will continue to advance in service, expertise and support.
There are nine human resource consultant positions located across the province assigned to clients based on our school/division model. This client-based assignment allows the position to be located in any of our four geographic centres (Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina or Moose Jaw). The HR consultants are part of the broader team of human resource advisory services and includes includes three managers (HR Systems and Reporting and two managers HR Advisory Services), four human resource coordinators, four human resource assistants and four human resource analysts that report to the director, human resource advisory services.
