Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive parts to ensure adequate stock levels and timely availability.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate parts identification, efficient order processing, and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, secure competitive pricing, and source high-quality parts.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize parts department operations, maximize profitability, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership setting, preferably with GMC, Buick, and Chevrolet brands.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
