Momentum HVAC Services is seeking a FULL-TIME office manager to coordinate all office operations. The office manager is the first point of contact for customers and staff scheduling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee front desk operations, including managing phone systems and ensuring excellent phone etiquette
-Scheduling and dispatch technicians
-Schedule appointments for management team
-Be the first point of contact for customers
-Provide accurate and timely invoicing to customers
-Manage invoicing program
-Manage COR safety program and safety protocols
-Required to work alongside executive team
-Maintain and upkeep service contracts
-Perform any other reasonable duties as
requested by immediate supervisors
-Ensure the efficient operation of all office
procedures and systems
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
-A minimum of 3 years office management experience
-COR Safety Certification or acquire this certification
within the first 6 months of employment
-Excellent relationship building skills with
customers, vendors, and teammates
-Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
-Ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly
-Strong organization skills and ability to
multi-task effectively
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficiency with MS software
-General knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services
