Are you passionate about doing meaningful work?   Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? The Water Security Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Leader to join as the Executive Director of our Operations & Maintenance team.
Reporting to the Vice President, Infrastructure, an employee in this job will oversee the Operations and Maintenance unit in the Northern and Southern Region for Water Security Agencys (WSA) Infrastructure division.  This includes budgeting, development of unit planning, overseeing tactical planning, management, and delivery to ensure the desired level of service of WSAs assets. These activities, in accordance with the WSA Strategic Plan, are fundamental to the achievement of critical and high-level priorities for WSA.
You will be responsible for providing leadership to the Operations & Maintenance and Major Maintenance units and be accountable for the development and implementation of the units strategic plan.
The successful candidate will have a Degree in Engineering: and 10 years of progressively more responsible experience relevant to water management infrastructure. A Professional Engineer designation is a requirement.
