About the Role:
Felix Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish according to deadlines and budgets.
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and construction site activities.
Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients and management.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Resolve site issues, delays, and unforeseen challenges efficiently.
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and procurement of materials.
Hire and supervise site staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and municipal authorities.
