- Welcome guests; manage check-ins/outs and phone/email inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and waitlist appointments; coordinate staff availability
- Promote services, memberships, and retail; process POS; balance till/end-of-day
- Meeting Sales objectives in the boutique and promoting Spa sales
- Maintain reception/retail displays; restock and label/price merchandise
- Support room turnover and opening/closing procedures; light cleaning/laundry coordination
- Handle client concerns per policy; record accurate client notes and hand-offs
- Track inventory and receive stock; prepare daily/weekly reports
Skills & Abilities
Customer-first communication, multitasking in a fast pace, cash handling accuracy, POS & booking software proficiency, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, teamwork.
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities
Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lb; evenings/weekends/holidays as scheduled.
